Lita is having a memorial race for Cari Carlson on March 7 at the Rockin' LJ Arena in Washoe Valley. $2500 added. Service at noon. Race continues afterwards. All profits go to American Cancer Society and a scholorship fund in Cari's name. NEW entry form and directions to the event in "Entry Forms". Additional parking at Lit's. Entry forms come to us here at SPSH. We are putting on the event. It is WPRA, AW4D and ACBRA approved.

Betty Jo Haass, a multi-time winner at San Antonio events and other locations on multiple horses is the consumate professional. She believes that there is always something to be learned, no matter how long one has been riding. She takes her time and rushes nothing. Her results are everywhere, from Christina Harvey winning 4d Open at age 14, to training the 2006 4H gymkhana champion, to her husband Bill winning 1st in year end awards in his first season of gymkhana competion and taking top honors at the Reno AQHA Regional barrel racing in 2008. Ask anyone who has trained with her- she is the BEST!!!!!

TRAINING: We specialize in identifying what the horse and rider are best suited for, then maximizing their potential in that discipline.
Boarding: Full service, indoor barn stalls with runs, outdoor stalls with runs. 144'x300' paneled arena with barrels and poles. Lighted 60' round pen. No rocks, great dirt.
We are available to professionally train and conduct clinics in Horsemanship, Showmanship at Halter, Western Pleasure, Western Riding, English Pleasure, Barrel Racing, Pole Bending, gymkhana events, trail and in general how to enhance you and your horse’s relationship to get the most pleasure out of riding.
Trained in part by Richard Shrake, we use a proven system that identifies the horse’s potential, whether it be English Pleasure, barrel racing, or a simple pleasure horse, then, utilizing Shrake's proven training techniques, train horse and rider to their full potential. We can make you better.
