Lita is having a memorial race for Cari Carlson on March 7 at the Rockin' LJ Arena in Washoe Valley. $2500 added. Service at noon. Race continues afterwards. All profits go to American Cancer Society and a scholorship fund in Cari's name. NEW entry form and directions to the event in "Entry Forms". Additional parking at Lit's. Entry forms come to us here at SPSH. We are putting on the event. It is WPRA, AW4D and ACBRA approved.

Bill is the Northern Nevada Regional Director for NBHA, the largest barrel racing organization in the world. NBHA will be pushed this year like past and they hope to have a major money Nevada NBHA Finals event in September. probably in Elko, as they do in other states. Membership available through us. Look to their website at www.nbha.com for other area events and other information.

Our home arena will be the SPSH arena in Antelope Valley in North Reno. We will also be using the Reno Livestock Event Center. Brad Bendar with Just Add Water is takin great care of the ground this year. Brad is doing a super job and really knows dirt!!!!! If you need water, go to Jusat Add Water. Super thanks to him and Marty Culerwell on drags.
Directions to SPSH Arena. From I-80, take 395N to Exit 74 (Lemmon Drive). Go right on Lemmon Drive and go approximately 4.2 miles to Waterash and go right. Go to the end of Waterash and go right to Matterhorn. Left on Matterhorn and up and over the hill to Antelope Vaelley Road. Right on Antelope Valley Road to Serpentine (dirt) and go left. Down Serpentine to Alum Rock (1/2 mile) and right on Alum Rock. Arena is ahead on right 1/2 mile.
